Has anyone tried diet-to-go?

My wife uses it. The advantage is that your meals are portion-controlled, easy to cook and delivered to you weekly. I've tasted them and most of them are decent. The disadvantage is that they're loaded with sodium (at least the low-carb versions, which is what she eats). IMO the meals are pretty well-balanced, all except for the sodium (which is pretty common to just about any pre-packaged meals). She has better success with weight loss with them than without them, but the biggest factor is the portion control.0

I looked into it but I think if you wanted to, you could do it cheaper with frozen meals. There are a large variety of frozen meals out there and many aren't badly priced.0

I am doing it now - the Traditional Plan. The meals are tasty and portions are much larger than i've experienced with other meal plans. They are also larger than the typical frozen meal. No complaints here.0
