P90X / TurboFire Hybrid - 7/16/12 Start

Starting today! Goal: lose 20 lbs in the next 12 weeks.

I've done P90X Lean and TurboFire in the past. I'm hoping this schedule is the best of both worlds!

Note: I'm taking out Yoga and replacing it with a cardio exercise - either Kenpo or one of the TurboFire workouts. Otherwise, I'm following the schedule and the nutrition plan.

    Hey, I did a search for this and found your thread. I've been doing p90x Classic since 7/16, so we are on the same time frame. For the first month, I was doing the typical schedule, but I really don't like the cardio in p90x as I was doing turbofire beforehand. So I've kind of switched it up and made my own hybrid of just substituting the turbofire on the cardio days of p90x. I like that much much better. How's it going for you?
