Can anyone check my diary and see if Im on the right track?

I weigh 160 right now - Im 5 foot 6.

Want to get a stone off in 8 weeks!

    DO you exercise ? If not you should be ..

    You are almost there.. but your sugar in my opinion is a little high and if you are not exercising excess can be stored as fat which = weight..

    Adjust your sugar intake... drop the milk in your tea will go a long way as well as the little "healthy snacks " like weight watchers chocolate blah bah..

    Agree with the above. I would try to steer clear of the packaged stuff or at least decrease the amount. Remember that they are usually filled with extra sugars, and sodium. Try healthier snacks like almonds, etc. Make sure to keep the water intake up. Good luck - PS from your pics you already look great :)
