I've been seeing so many commercials about supplements to take while you're counting calories and exercising, and I'm just interested in knowing if anyone's had any success with them?
The commercials are saying that they increase fat burning and whatnot.

Any success with anyone taking these? Did they help?

When i was deployed i started using Oxyelite and boy did it HEAT ME UP... i dnt know if it was really the pill working because i worked out for an UNGODLY amount of time the whole year. I've tried a few other things, but i end up throwing them away before im done with them, so i just leave the OTC stuff alone.
  • Has anyone taken/had results with taking green coffee bean supplements as suggested by Dr.Oz to aid in weightloss?
  • Which ones are you referring to specifically? I take Lipo 6 Black Hers and it works VERY well! A few years ago I was dieting and needed to lose 50 lbs. I was losing about 1 or 2 lbs a week dieting and exercising alone. Well, I started taking this supplement and I noticed I ate better (I had less cravings for sweets) and I could exercise a lot longer. And I noticed at first I lost 5 lbs the first week and about 3 lbs a week after. I got to my goal much more quickly than if I would have gone without. I've just started taking them again yesterday - I'm losing baby weight now :)

Note: it does make you jittery - They say take 3 pills 2x daily, I only take 2 twice a day.
  • Oh yeah!!! I forgot about OxyElite!!! That stuff is AMAZING and works VERY well!

No, if they did then there wouldn't be so many fat people. There are no magic pills or get rich quick plans.
