holiday weight; lesson learned!

So I have taken off nearly all I put on during the holidays, a total of about 5 lbs!!! I know I should have managed my meals and drinking better. I knew I was doing my body a great disservice at the time amd I knew I would have to, yet again, work hard to fix it! I guess what I hadn't counted on was how difficult a time I would have getting back into it! ARRRRRRG! So as I was analyzing myself my diet and how much further I have to go to reach my goal today I was saddened because my first goal is to finally hit healthy bmi, had I not over indulged this season I would be therean its just 5 lbs away. I could have done it! I am not going to wallow in self pity as I may have in the past. I spent the last 21 days not doing my best, still cheating and not getting enough exercise. Here's to the next 21 days where I WILL DO MY BEST and surpass my goal and be a healthy bmi for the first time in my life!!! I have it in me I know I can I just have to do the work!

I know how you feel. I worked so hard over the last few months and then really overindulged from Thanksgiving to New Years! It has taken a couple of weeks to get back into it but I am super motivated to workout and eat right. You will get back on track! Good luck
