I am planning on starting Couch to 5k tonight. I want to log this accurately but cannot find it on the exercise log. Does anyone know/have any suggestions what I can type to get this into my diary?
Thanks!

    i started it tonight too :) -
I logged it as cardio and did the math (i hate math) - But put in my 5 min. brisk walk (3.5 on tread for 5 min)
then logged my 6 Min run at 5mph on treadmill and then logged the 9 Minutes at 3 mph walking on treadmill.

    hope this helps.

Today was day 1 of week 3 for me of c25k and as far as logging goes I have been using a pedometer app on my phone that I use to record total time, distance, and speed. I log the avg speed for the time on mfp and it is usually pretty close to what the pedometer tells me I am burning. So far I have been averaging 4.5 or 5 miles per hour and by the time I get back home it is usually 40-45 minutes.

Figure out your average pace and put it in as "running(jogging) at x pace". It won't be perfect, but honestly the MFP estimates are pretty round to begin with. It should be a good ballpark. As you go you'll be running more than you walk, so it will get more and more accurate.

I just log how many minutes walking and how many minutes jogging.
