Today's challenge is: Front alternating dumbbell raise
Let's do 25 of arm for a total of 50 of them.
Use what ever you have or feel comfortable with as weights.
You can split them up any way you want but you have to have it before
the end of your day.

and done, did 70 of them with 8lb weights0 -
I'll give it a go, can't promise I'll finish because I'm getting over a pinched nerve in my neck or shoulder (can't actually tell, it hurt in both areas)!
Done! I only used 2# so I did 60 for the fun of it,0 -
done 5lb weights for 15 and 10lb weights for 10!0

Done-->did 50 reps each arm with 15# weights in each hand. Cans or cream corn work great. Can't eat it so use them for weights.0

In and done - feels like my arms were thinking of falling off but did 25 each! - will be looking for next challenge! This is the kind of challenge Im looking for - something i can do in a couple minutes while at my desk at work! Thanks!!!!!!0
