Hey I might have posted in the wrong board previously but... anyways
My friend introduced me to this site and it definitely motivated me to start my new fitness journey. Being a photographer I am constantly around models who are thin, slim, toned.

I previously started a weight lost journey last year where I lost 40lbs. Sadly I strayed from my healthy lifestyle since I was mostly doing it alone but have managed to keep that weight off.
But now my head is back in the game. I could use the support.
Check out my photos to see my current level..

My goal is to lost another 45-50 lbs.

Feel free to add me :)

  • Welcome and I wish you much success.

I am sort of new as well. I signed up back in the winter and after a failed attempt at going to Weight Watchers and losing and gaining the same seven pounds for six months I decided to be responsible for my own journey. I like ithe myfitnesspal. It it is easier for me to count calories versus points.

I had a baby two years ago, gained over fify pounds and I have yet to lose it. It's time; I am ready to lose weight for my health as well as appearance. I need the energy to chase my toddler and work my rigorous schedule as a College Director.

Oh wow! Yes I think the best thing for all of us is to take matters into our own hands really.
At least you have some kind of an excuse. You had a baby... I used to dance when I was in high school. I moved away and stopped dancing and that's when all the weight just came crashing in... I took the college 15 to a whole new level lol
