    I did it!! :) This is the first Mini-Challenge I have actually completed! I did 150 crunches including the traditional, transverse, obliques and bicycle :) woohoo!

    200 crunches -- 50 regular, 50 to the left, 50 to the right, and another 50 regular to round it off :)

    So what if it took me a few days to conquer this challenge...at least I did it. It may not have been the best form, but dang it I did it. I have not done a proper sit up or crunch in years so I had to break this into 15 segments.....I LOVE MFP! Thank you for motivating me and keeping me going!!!
