Hi all!
My name is Chelsea and I'm 22 years old and I'm finally getting serious about getting healthy (again). I started to workout and watch my food intake at the start of the year, but school and life got in the way, but now that it's a new school year and I have a lighter course load, I'm starting back up again.
My only problem is that I just lack the motivation after a few weeks. I just don't know how to get over that slump, does anyone have advice? If so, it would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome!! It was very hard for me to start as well. Now I'm two months in my lifestyle change and doing much better with it. What helped me out at first was finding fitness blogs to follow, finding an ipod song list that motivates me to exercise, and finding friends who support me. It's tough but if you hang in there it will get easier-at least it did for me and I'm only a couple months in.0
