BMF/HRM/FITBIT w/strength training

want a good idea of my tdee and what i burn via strength training.

would a fitbit+hrm or a bmf more accurately be able to track my strength training? can some owners chime in. from what i gathered via search nothing can accurately track strength training, if so what would be the closest?

The BMF will give your overall daily TDEE, so if that's what you're looking for, the BMF is a great option. But to find out just strength training calories, it probably wouldn't be worth it. I do about an hour of upper and lower body, heavy lifting with 30 seconds to a minute rest in between each transition and don't find that it doesn't show enough of a calorie burn to make it worth recording. (I wear a BMF)

i want to figure out my tdee and a rough idea of what i burn via strength training.

so it seems like a fitbit/hrm combo would be equiv to a bmf but the bmf would likely be more accurate overall?
