Wednesday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge: Crunches

Let's see if we can do 200.

Also, let's try and do 50 sit-ups. If you can't do sit-ups that's fine but at least try.

Remember: The new rules are do as many as you can in the first set then do the rest how ever many you want at a time.

Do them the hardest way that you can and practice proper form instead.

You can do the crunches any style you want.
If you can't do them all then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

My challenges are open to anyone and you can log these as calisthenics if you like.

    Update: completed 200 crunches and 15 sit ups. I'm gonna attempt the remaining situps but boy do I suck at them

    I'm in! I typically do 100 crunches/situps a day, so I will double that today!

    hmm - situps are out for me and traditional crunches too - my back wont let me do either (for now) BUT I will be doing a modified crunch that I found here
