September 4 Week Mini Challenge!!

Hello all!

I recently participated in a mini challenge and it was a great motivator. With Labor Day right around the corner, I know a few of us will succumb to the tempation and will need to shed those extra pounds gained over the holidays.

The challenge will begin on Tuesday September 4th. Weigh days will be every Tuesday. Feel free to post your favorite recipes of the week or workouts when weighing in. Lets see if we can lose 5 pounds during this challenge. That is a little over a pound a week.

I am posting this early to get you ready and eager to start off the fall season with a bang! Have a happy and safe Labor Day and I hope to see everyone here on September 4th with their starting weights!

    That's a good idea. I tend to slack on exercise... lol

    Add me in. I have been exercising and changing my diet to healthier choices for the last 4 months. I have only seen a drop of 6 pounds. I have seen a huge difference in tone and muscle. I also quit smoking 4 months ago so if I hadn't had made these changes I am sure that I would have gained 15 to 20 pounds in the last 4 months so I think I am ahead of the game. I would love to start seeing a significant change in the scale and a pound a week is significant, especially if you do it for a year! Good luck all and happy healthy to you all.
