September 4 Week Mini Challenge!!

Hello all!

I recently participated in a mini challenge and it was a great motivator. With Labor Day right around the corner, I know a few of us will succumb to the tempation and will need to shed those extra pounds gained over the holidays.

The challenge will begin on Tuesday September 4th. Weigh days will be every Tuesday. Feel free to post your favorite recipes of the week or workouts when weighing in. Lets see if we can lose 5 pounds during this challenge. That is a little over a pound a week.

I am posting this early to get you ready and eager to start off the fall season with a bang! Have a happy and safe Labor Day and I hope to see everyone here on September 4th with their starting weights!
