Looking for 10 committed people ready to take their fitness to the next level. The goal is simple, lose 1 dress or waist size by September 30. The challenge starts on September 1.

Wow, I'm in- going to try walking 30 mins a day, lots of water, no alcohol, and P90X...Only a bit scared!0

Id LOVE to try this!! I have a gym membership, but have not use it in two months since the drs told me to take it easy but its been two months and im ready to get back into shape and using the gym!! Plus I got a new job.. in an office so I need to keep working out when I can!! :happy:0

I technically have a membership seeing how I can go on base and use the gym but I do not. I do all workouts at home. Jillian DVD's and treadmill. My cooldown usually includes walking the dog.
When my husband comes home we are going to look at a membership at one of the 24 fitness places, seeing how my current schedule is random and his will be too, we want a gym that's open when we're able to go!0 -
