Great low cal snack---- POPCORN !!

Hi Peeps

Just had my best full non craving day today..... why you may ask


POPCORN !!!


Its only 61cals per 100g

I drizzled some warm honey gave it a stir and there you have it 100 cal snack and so much too..


i take it everywhere with me, always a good snack item when your hungry.



You can make so many flavours..... whats you favorite ?

    I eat popcorn with my lunch instead of chips and stuff like that to save calories. I'm sick of it, but it's great for diets. LOL

    I never thought about putting warm honey! How much popcorn? like a bag?

    I brought my own popping corn and air cook then just add a flavour, theres so many to choose from, here's a few of mine but watch how much you use and always warm it if you can goes a long way if you do.

    Choc sandwich spread
    Honey (my favorite)
    slimming suger
    low call butter
    salt
    lemon curd (also my favorite)
    salt and vineger

    I LOVE popcorn...I love spray butter and garlic powder, also cinnamon and spray butter is great!

    I like to drizzle hot sauce over my pop corn....yum:tongue:
