Hi!
Just looking for people's opinion on this. My daily calorie intake is 1200, last week someone told me that I can eat under 1200 cals per day and save these calories for being bold at the weekend, once my net calroies for the week on the summary page are averaging under 1200. I did this last week, weighed myself today and ive gained a pound
I'd love to hear what other people think

Have you also taken measurements? If you've been exercising, especially with weights, then you might have gained muscle weight and lost fat somewhere else on your body.
Another possibility is that because you're consistently shooting for under 1200 calories, your body's gone into starvation mode and burns less calories than you would be burning if you ate a little more. I would try to shoot for something just a little over 1200 per day and see where that gets you.0 -
Im ashamed to say i havent had time for exercise the last week or two! I will try eating just over 1200 per day and see how i get on with that! Thanks0
