Ok so apart from the normal "my indurance from day one of 30ds to now has improved" NSV


Mine is that I can actually tell my belly button is round!!! I never thought I had one!! HAPPY DAYS!

Can't stop now! We can all do this! Woop!!!!

    That is soo great!!!! I'm proud of you with sticking to the program, my 30ds buddy!!! Unfortunately I got sidetracked but I'm back at it and hopefully I'll share a NSV soon as well!!!

    Hahaha I had that same realization yesterday. In fact, my belly button even looks forward now, not down. haha!
