I have about 50 lbs to lose and it really seems like a big undertaking! I have never been this size. I see so much success on here so I am "ret 2 go"

me too.. yes mfp family has really helped me. they or so wonderful an true friends and support I couldnt be in a safer Blessed place in the world. Yes.. my friends.. we help each other wach and every day thanks for the reminder of what it means to have friedship and fellowship
