IN! I just started a self-challenge to drop 2 lbs a week for the next 2 weeks. It'd be great to keep it going! I'm eating super clean, staying under my calorie goal, and burning a minimum of 300 cal with cardio 5x a week.0

I would love to join! I alternate running 3.5 miles and yoga every day. I also have a gym membership.0

I'll give it a go.
I exercise 3 times a week with a Zumba class, and do some strength training at home. Can't afford the gym right now and I don't have a reliable babysitter at the moment.

I do belong to a gym but have not been for months as I also have a knee injury. Damaged my knees playing soccer - now I can't do that anymore either - yikes!!

I work out at home with programs like P90X, Insanity, etc. I gave up my gym membership a year ago, but I attend studio classes for spin and zuumba when I need to be around three dimensional humans! Probably going to do it more often before winter comes!
