    IN! I just started a self-challenge to drop 2 lbs a week for the next 2 weeks. It'd be great to keep it going! I'm eating super clean, staying under my calorie goal, and burning a minimum of 300 cal with cardio 5x a week.

  • I would love to join! I alternate running 3.5 miles and yoga every day. I also have a gym membership.
  • I'll give it a go.

    I exercise 3 times a week with a Zumba class, and do some strength training at home. Can't afford the gym right now and I don't have a reliable babysitter at the moment.

    But I'm game to give this a try.
  • New to MFP and I'd love to be a part of this challenge. I do have a gym membership but... true confession time... it's been awhile (months) since I went there. I need to get back on track!

    I'm in. Fantastic idea because I really only want to drop a dress-size or too. We'll see what we can do!!

    Wow!!! Sounds like you may have just a few more than 10. I would definately be interested in this challenge. Takes the focus off the scale!!

    I do belong to a gym but have not been for months as I also have a knee injury. Damaged my knees playing soccer - now I can't do that anymore either - yikes!!

    Have just started walking in the mornings - hoping to keep it up!

    I work out at home with programs like P90X, Insanity, etc. I gave up my gym membership a year ago, but I attend studio classes for spin and zuumba when I need to be around three dimensional humans! Probably going to do it more often before winter comes!
