weight loss and energy gained!

Just wanted to share that I am a new mom for the third time and I now believe the saying...."it's a lot harder to take off the weight the older you get!" Well since I have started tracking what I eat on myfitness pal along with taking my AdvoCare products, I am 10 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight! Being able to see what I have been eating and the calories I take in has been a big help. I also have cut out all my diet soda I would drink and replaced it with Spark and I have lost that "bloated" feeling. Hopefully these next 10 pounds will be gone by the end of the year!

    So awesome for you! I can relate on the post pregnancy weight, although I only have one child it was hard enough. Props to you for fighting the fight and getting it done! Good luck on your next 10 lbs

    You should try exercising. It does wonders for the naked body.

    Fantastic Hun well done, a few of my friends are struggling with baby fat.

    Keep up your hard work :) A photo of the old you on the fridge may help thoose last few pounds
