Tiny NSV (but still awesome)

I was able to use my 5 pound hand weights for 30DS. For some of you I know it's not a big deal. But I've only used 2 lb ones before and I've never thought of myself as strong. My arms are sore. And my gave is too, but that's just from the smile I can't wipe off of it

Well done! Gaining strength is a great NSV. And those 5 pounds weights feel MUCH heavier halfway through than smaller weights, so good on you!0
