MFP really works if you log everything

I just finished running the numbers for Aug...
In 28 days I consumed 49,139 kcal
I burned 14,900 kcal with exercise (I did not include household type activity, only actual workouts I was wearing my HR monitor)
My estimated TDEE is 1500 kcal /day = 42,000 in 28 days
49,139-14,900-42,000=(7761)
3500 kcal is 1 lb
(7761)/3500=(2.2)
I was 158 on 8/1/12 and I am 156 today!
I log everything and I try to keep my weekly net in check. If I could just skip those 1 or 2 drinks at the end of the day I will meet my goal of losing 1.5 lb/week.
September Goal: Calculate my weekly deficit to watch more closely.
Weigh in 9/1 and again 10/1 and log everything!

Awesome job! I'm at goal weight, so I'm not as good about logging as I could be, but this is a great reminder of how every calorie burned/earned/eaten counts. Good for you! It sounds like you have a real handle on the proces.0
