Burned calories and math????? How much do you really burn?

So if the average person burns 2000 calories a day (83.33 a hour). And walking at 3 mph for 60 minutes burns 307 calories. Does that take in effect the 83.333 calories you've already burnt in that hour? Or in reality you only burned 223.67 calories?
I know this is not an important question but this is how my brain works, and I want to know! lol
SIDE NOTE: I used walking because it really doesn't raise your heart rate but most people use it as exercise sometimes.

I would say they are NOT additive. 83 is your do nothing burn, 307 is your do something burn. You don't get the benefits of both. Increasing your activity just increases your burn rate.0

I've wondered about this myself. If you're already counting the daily burn then I'd have to say according to your numbers you're only adding an extra 223.67. This is just my thinking but to each his own.0
