HELP

hi im in desperate need to find out what on earth im doing wrong with my diet and exercise... i am doing 4 hours min a week interval training and areobics and watching what i am eating however i continue to put on weight at a slow pace...i really dont want to diet thats why i exercise so much but i am becoming disheartened very quickly... HELP what am i doing wrong????

    try something totally different...if your body gets too used to a certian routine your weight loss can come to a hualt....TRUST ME IT HAS HAPPENED TO ME!!!!!Good luck

    You just started logging your food - you'll get your answer.


    You can't out-exercise a bad diet/ too many calories. You've been eating too much. That's why you are gaining weight.

    And here on this site, you need to eat those calories you earned by exercise, or you are defeating the whole purpose.
