Hi. I am new to this. I do not look like I weigh as much as I do and I am still considered "skinny" but I have struggled with anorexia and bulimia throughout college. When I graduated I had overcome them both but was stressed with a bad breakup, living out of state, and a bunch of other things, so I was still overeating for comfort. I am happy I have overcome the eating disorders, but I would like my healthy self back and this seems like a great tool! I am trying to eat well and workout, but it's a very hard balance, and I am actually dealing with that in a good way for the first time. I know I'll have slip ups, but any kind of support helps right?! Well that's all for now!
