    I had a stupid moment or rather an aha moment yesterday with my water - was feeling a bit blah about not being able to get in 8 bottles of water a day. My mind had blended 8 cups of water with 8 bottles of water - then my mind clued in and noticed that I have actually been drinking over my 8 cups of water a day since I usually drink 3-4 litres of water every day - so I felt much better.

    A little slow today, but I'm at 32 oz plus 10 oz of coffee...bad on me, especially since it is so hot outside, but I was in meetings all morning without my water bottle....time to pick it up! :smile:
