    Thanks for starting the challenge. I've been fast walking to shed the pounds faster and want to start some weights soon also. No gym membership here.... I have a few pieces of equipment in my basement.

    silly question...is there a way to "measure" our size or are we just going by our pants themselves?

    THIS MIGHT SOUND DUMB BUT HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU LOST A PANT SIZE?? IVE BEEN ON MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY SINCE JANUARY I WAS IN A SIZE 22 AND FIT INTO A 18/16. BUT HOW WILL I KNOW IF I LOST A PANT SIZE ARE THEY SUPPOSE TO JUST BUTTON AND ZIP OR BE COMFORATBLY??
