Does anyone have any cheat foods that are 'healthy' but still weird or high in calorie enough to seem like a cheat???
Sometimes i like to eat packets of guacamole. It's good for me, yes, but high in calories.

I love a good caesar salad, and was thrilled to find Bolthouse Farms Caesar Salad Dressing. Only 45 cals and 2.5g of fat for 2tbsp and it's delicious. I can put in half a bag of lettuce, dressing, 1/2tbsp of fresh parmesan cheese, and 10 croutons for only 141 cals, 18g carbs, 5g fat and 7g protein. We eat one almost every single night before dinner.0

Just gonna put it out there: Bolthouse Farms is AMAZING. they have sooo many good treats that satisfy cravings without having to cheat too badly.0 -

thats good one!!! I will take 2 peices of light 40 cal bread toast it and spray with butter spray and then add a whopping mound of eggbeaters with a slice of fat free cheese and the entire sandwich is 120 calories and I will add center cut bacon and make it an even 200 and its FANTASTIC!! Another thing is a yummy grilled cheese 2 40 cal bread slices with fat free cheese slice, I use kraft or bordon and spray it with butter spray and grill it in pan its 110 calories and if you eat it with progresso soup, its like being a kid again!! :flowerforyou:0 -

I LOVE my PB protein shakes. If I'm low on my fat for the day I have a scoop of chocolate protein powder and 2 tbsp PB- milk and ice. Super quick and easy, healthy and fantastic to me! It's almost like dessert!0

Oh yeah, lots.
Guacamole being one, since when I make it I usually eat it all because my husband doesn't like avocado.
Also, homemade versions of pizza, nachos, pasta with various sauces, tofu & spinach stuffed shells wth marinara, cheesesteak sandwichs
Lots of others. I make these with whole grains, lean meats and/or reduced fat cheese so the only thing unhealthy about them is the fact that I'm eating too much.0 -
High calorie foods =/= "bad/unhealthy"
wth is a cheat food anyways0 -
Not really a cheat, but I feel is a nice treat that doesn't make me feel guilty. An iced latte with nonfat milk and sugar free vanilla syrup from McDonalds Though I'm sure there's something similar at every place that sells coffee drinks.0
