Rate my food diary part 2

Would you rate my diary? Don't hold back, be honest about any changes I could make to my eating habits. I admit I don't get enough veggies...I'm working on that. This weekend wont be good as I'll be on the road from friday thur next wednesday. Thanks.

  • It looks like you aren't drinking enough water. You should drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water a day. It helps flush your system. Sometimes when I was trying to lose weight before, I didn't drink much water because I thought I'd retain it, but it really does work! Try drinking more. You're a fan of cheese too, aren't you =)
