SLOW DOWN AND.....

...walk in something soft with bare feet.
....touch a face with your eyes closed.
...watch the wind.
...feel your breath in your nostrils as you inhale and exhale.
...eat slowly and taste your food.
...feel your heart while you smile.
...smell flowers.
...listen to water.
...watch the moon rise.
...touch a baby.

Try one or more of these each week to help slow your pace and enjoy life as we know it.

    Nice post.
I feel little more relaxing and calming than going down by the sea and listening to the water, or even a fountain.
I do notice that so many people are hurrying around, and fail to notice anything around them, such as the squirrel running across in front of them in the park, or the seagulls tapping at the ground. It is a shame really.

I will stop out in front of my house and watch tow squirrels play.
