Nothing is more humbling than being a former bodybuilding beast to getting so far out of shape my 10 month old daughter is running circles around me. Enough is enough, time to get back up the mountain. To all the guys out there. Lets get it started.

    I know the feeling too. You know what though...getting heavy and out of shape gives you a new perspective and empathy for people that you may not have had before. No regrets, hold your head up, and DO WORK!! You got this. :smokin:

    I was a martial artist, thinking of actually doing some MMA in competition, when I had to have a surgery and developed some medical issues that took me out of the game and my weight ballooned 80 or 90 pounds. This calorie-counting path has been a godsend to me. I'll get back into better shape, and you can too!
