Hey My name is Cindy and I work nights as a nurse. Looking for other night shift workers to support each other. We are a breed of our own and no one understands us better than our own. I am married with one little girl (2 years) and struggle to balance, home, work, and time for myself including the gym! Network Admin and I work the night shift 10pm-8am. This schedule has not affected my weight gain nor weight loss goals at all!0

ok so this month i am working about 13 night shifts.. and im finding it soooo hard to stick with calorie counting!!
I just do not know what to do =/
If im doing three in a row (19.00 until 07.40) I tend to on the first day.. have dinner, tea and then a meal at work (breaks are never at the same time each night depending how busy we are) and then i may or may not have a snack on second break. Then i go home, sleep until about 13.30 in the afternoon, get up, not eat until about 18.00pm when my boyfriend is in from work then go to work and eat late again.
Im just struggling with what to take or what to do... i feel this is where i go wrong when im on nights and i can never hold MFP down!0
