    Makes our excuses sound silly, don't it? There's a guy in P90X Plyometrics on a prosthetic leg which ticks me off b/c then I really have no excuse to dodge that workout lol Thanks for sharing this! I'm stealing the pic for FB :)

    As inspirational as this is, and he has definitely done a lot of work in the gym to look that good, why does he have to look so sad in the before shot? It looks like he really had to work hard for that frown. Just say'in.

    also - I wouldn't say he's necessarily frowning, just not smiling.
