Post Period Cravings!

Okay....

I tend to PMS AFTER my period! I get so many cravings it is not even funny and I am drained of energy! What are y'alls PMS remedies...(whether it is before or after your visitor? ;D )

    eat RICH foods. I crave right before my period ALL the time. and i always want ****!n Pasta! xD it sucks! i could eat everything. But i find if I have a really well-cooked steak and a drink and just a little chocolate, then i'm set. And of course all those things in moderation. Sometimes I just give up and have some frikken pasta. LOL
  • If you are feeling drained you might need a boost of Iron or B vitamins.
    I would recommend a shot of Floridex for a couple of days till your energy levels come back up.
  • I only just realised recently, in the last few months that i get super starving just before mine....i never took any notice before :) glad its not just me though!

    Ugh dead bambi Pasta is my DOWNFALL lol so I totally know what you are talking about!

    I always crave red meat (rare, usually steak. Sometimes a thick, homemade burger with a bit of pink in the middle. I have a thick-cut strip loin steak in the fridge, right now. Woot!). I also always crave chocolate (duh), and to chug large quantities of milk and/or orange juice. Those have been my cravings almost since the time I started having a period, just before age 13, and I'm almost 30 now.
