I would like to lose 12 pounds in September. By the 30th (weigh day is Sunday). This challenge for me is sept 2-30. And If I come up short on my August goal then I'll be tacking that onto the 12 lbs I wanna lose. Currently I have 2.5 lbs to go for my August goal and the deadline is Sunday (5 days from now.) I think I can make it!
Either way, I wanna be at 287 by Sept. 30th. That will put me at 25% of my TOTAL GOAL completed. Can't wait!!!0 -
