    Great job man. Can you give us a little detail on your routine and how long it took you to lose the weight



    year and half......initially just ate better no fast food or snacks.....lost about 20 lbs in a month.....then started running and got down to about 215 after 6 months from start.....then began lifting a little after running few days a week and got down around 200 around new years of this year .....since spring started lifting heavy and running just a few days a week and eating as healthy as possible and have gotten where im at now...still wanna drop 10 more lbs just for vanity abs
