My goal is 4 times a week at 45 minutes each and since I'm doing 30DS and some cardio right now I am meeting it. I need to increase my cardio intensity though.

Everyday (potentially twice on 2 days)

Current plan is lifting 3 days week, Cardio classes 5 days per week, 1 day per week either yoga, cardio or something else. The cardio classes are an hour log, lifting is a little over an hour and other 'free' day is less than an hour.

I average 5 workouts a week at 1 hour each.

75% lifting (4-day split program) and 25% cardio (in the form of HIIT on the treadmill).

    5-6 days a week

Mostly running anywhere between 3-5 miles. I hit a wall just running though so I recently added more strength training a few times a week. I follow various workouts on the Men's health fitness app.

workouts last 45min to an hour.

I work out 3 days a week and depending on how much time I spend lollygagging and how much time I have to sit and wait for people to use the equipment that I need, it can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. I just lift weights. I might go another extra day or two for cardio if I feel like it but I usually don't. (As you can tell, I'm not much of an over-achiever lol)
