44 lbs Down So Far

So today the scale hit 200.4, haven't seen that weight since shortly after I got out of boot camp 32 years ago. That makes a total loss of 44# so far since April 26th. Started at 26.7% BF, currently at 16.7%. BMI started at 36 and change, was 25.7 today. Shooting for a maintenance weight of 195-200, I feel that's realistic for a 6' 2" guy with a larger frame.
Was so hoping to see it hit onederland today, hopefully in the morning.

Edited to add: I meant to say that I have named my journey "Operation Man-Tit Removal." I am almost there also, still have a little excess fat in the pecs.
