Mono and Poly unsaturated fats...

So, I've been using the calorie counter for 3 days now. I've noticed that the goal for mono and poly unsatuated fats is 0, while saturated fats goal is like 14. I thought that mono/poly unsaturated fats were the "good" fats and we should stay away from the saturated fats. What gives?

    Wondering the same. Is there a recommended DV for these fats?
  • there arent really good or bad fats they all have their place. should be roughly 33% of fat intake for each.
