How to increase calories but not fat? (vegan)

After eating breakfast, lunch, and working out, my net calorie count's only at about 200 and it's 5 in the afternoon. I've already eaten 3 tablespoons of peanut butter, so I'm not trying to take in too much more fat. I'm vegan by the way. Does anyone have any suggestions? I don't have access too a lot of food since I'm at university, so that's the downside.

Bread, rice, beans, fruit, veggies, etc.
What food do you have access to?0 -
Right now I have some veggies, granola/luna bars, veggie dogs, almond milk, brown rice, peanut butter, cereal, a can of black beans, some seitan, oats, and salsa...I plan on stocking up on fruit this weekend though and maybe bringing my protein powder.0

I'm only at 800 and am about to do an hour run. I hear you.
Lentils and/or rice are both high calorie, low fat foods. Dates and figs are also very high calorie. Grapes (I assume raisins too, but don't know.)
There's a reason people can live on those foods.0 -
Beans and rice will do the job nicely for today.0

Oh yeah, I totally forgot about dried fruit. I've been eating a lot of rice, but I'll see if I can make lentils in the dorm.
Figs and dates also sound really good...I'll have to try them. Thanks guys!
