Yummy Frozen Jell-o Yogurt Pops

I know summer and this hot weather will be ending soon, although some of us can eat frozen treats all year round. These are yummy, cool and so low in calories and carbs.

1 box sugar free jello...any flavor
1 6 oz container of low fat yogurt...any flavor

Prepare jell-o as directed. Whisk in the yogurt, pour into popsicle molds and freeze.

I have made several different flavor combinations including peach jell-o with vanilla yogurt, orange jell-o with orange jell-o and my fav so far, raspberry jell-o with blueberry yogurt

This wil fill 8 molds with each serving having 16 calories, 2 carbs, 0 fat, and 1 protein

I love having one of these to cool me off after an intense Zumba workout.
