Curves

Hello All!


I am normally a gym kinda girl, doing classes like body pump and spinning.

I was thinking of maybe trying Curves out and was looking for someone to fill me in on what kinda routine is done there?

    I went there about eight years ago, although I didn't go religiously. It was a combination of strength training and cardio done in a circuit. They have a website with some interactive videos you may want to check out and see if it's for you.

    Curves is a awesome workout if you only have 1/2 hr a day or a few times a week to workout. But if u have done spin/pump/vive etc you may find Curves a bit too easy. :)
