I got my motivation back!

Over the past month or so I have really struggled having motivation to eat well and exercise. I had a series of horrible family and partner problems which caused me to feel extremely down. These problems thankfully are no longer and so now it's time to get healthy and feel good again! I love working out because of how it makes me feel and when I eat well I perform better so win win! So from today I will be tracking between here and my phone app and will open my food diary settings to public as I this will make me feel more accountable. I will also be starting turbo fire mid september and can't wait! :-)

    This place has been great for me. i love being here and the support of the people on here is awesome. After something hard like that this is the perfect time to make a change and do it up right. good luck hon.
