Protein shakes/bars???

HI have been on here a few months now but dont really use the forums much as im hardly ever have time to come on the laptop, but i need some advice. Im wanting to up my protein now im getting closer to my weight goal and am concentrating on toning more but not sure what protein supplements to try.
Im pretty strict with my calories so dont want too much calories preferably no more than 220 cals but wanting at least 20-30g of protein is this realistic??
Am in the uk so anyone buying using products available over here advice please??

Hello! Funny, I posted a very similar topic just a few days ago (also from the UK) - you might want to have a look at the helpful responses I got!

I'm not in the UK, but the protein powder I use is 140 calories/scoop, 26g protein, 2g fat, 4g carbs, 1g sugar.... so it's definitely doable.

One thing I don't understand is people waiting to do 'toning' until they get close to their goal weight..... I hope you've been lifting all along because that's the key to being 'toned'

I use Maxitone protein powders, they taste yummy, I mix mine with almond milk.

It must be a full moon out; everyone is asking protein questions. My issue is how to get a protein shake that is low sugar (including from fruit), soy free, and artificial ingredient free. :)

However, if you aren't as limited as I am, I've been finding a bunch of protein shake recipes that sound really good and don't require buying protein powders.

    Recipe 1:
Blend 1 cup milk, 1 cup frozen fruit or a frozen banana, and either 1 cup yogurt or 1/2 cup cottage cheese or 1/2 cup soft tofu

    Recipe 2:
Blend 1 cup milk, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup frozen yogurt
