What do you put on your stir fry? I'm looking for simple quick recipes to use with the prechopped stirfry vegetables in the grocery store. Any ideas are appreciated.

Black bean garlic sauce and a little chicken or veggie broth, soy sauce to taste. Yum!

Thanks that sounds good easy enough! Are there any ways to make stir fry without soy sauce?
  • A small blob of peanut butter, fresh chilli, crushed garlic, grated ginger and a sprinkle of chinese 5 spice. I also add soy sauce to this but it's probably nice without. Just mix it all together and thin in out with a bit of water, and add to your vegetables for the last few minutes of cooking.

I find oyster sauce very nice....just a table spoon is enough for a wok full. I buy it from the CIY(Cooking it Yourself) Chinesse mini supermarkets where it is really cheap : )

Also, I buy the jars of Lazy Garlic and Lazy Chilli, then you can keep them in the fridge and add according to your tastes x
