4 week push!!!

Hi All!

I have just booked myself a last minute holiday but now I have less than 4 weeks to be a perfect goddess on the beach!!!! EEEEK!

Does anyone have any handy hints and tips or just something motivational?!! Because at the moment I'm just having a nightmare!!!

    I wish I had four weeks--I've only got 10 days until my vacation! Whenever I REALLY need to lose fast, I drink these high-protein drinks 3-5 times a day and eat very little (like only veggies). The high-protein drinks are made by Bari-Wise, I think--you can find them online, but I don't know if that would be quick enough. They are sort of like fruit drinks, rather than shakes.

    Otherwise, I am totally an anti-low-carb person, so I wouldn't normally do something Atkins-like, but it certainly works for quick weight loss to eat something like an egg for breakfast, then lean protein on a salad for lunch and dinner, for a grand total of something like 700-800 calories (I'm so going to get yelled at for this).

    I am usually an advocate of sensible and slow dieting, but I totally get wanting to do something "crashy" for a vacation (though maybe just for the last 2 weeks, not for all 4). I'll be having a super-restrictive 10 days myself. Good luck!
