can anyone tell me the measurement of a cup? I am based in Scotland and i use grams or ounces or ml

    We use both in Canada...we can't seem to decide if we want to move to the metric system. We dirve in km but weigh ourselves in lbs. To answer your question 1 cup = 250ml.
