If you're interested in starting 30 Day Shred like a lot of us who read about it here... I am starting mine on 1Sept. Please send a request and we can do our 30 days together. I am interested to see everyone's successes while I see mine.

I really would like to see others do this with me. Levels 1-3 are all on YouTube if you don't have the DVDs yet. I am ordering mine but in the meantime, Youtube will suffice. Who's with me? Send a friend request saying you'll join me and we can be each other's "Shred Buddies" lol

    I will try it with you! I have been eating so bad lately and really need to get back on track. This will help for sure!
