I love listening to music that gets my heart pumping while I work out. I need to update my i-tunes (I haven't in a couple years). I listed to all kinds of music so any suggestions would be great. Please share one or two of your favorites from your play list and help me get inspired.

I use Pandora and set the station to either Breaking Benjamin or Disturbed. I also use Miles Davis for cooldowns after running and for stretching.0

Laugh if you will, but I maintain listening to Kesha makes you run faster. And laugh.
Black Eyed Peas is my favorite for keeping a good pace and staying positive and motivated.0 -
I find a variety of music helps me work out-- it doesn't have to be crazy fast or loud even. No matter what I'm doing, "The Cave" by Mumford and Sons always gets me moving better and feeling better. I try to find music that makes me happy.
Guster, Spoon, Ben Folds Five, Dave Matthews Band, Fitz and the Tantrums, Big and Rich; they all put me in a positive mood to push and challenge myself further.0 -
I couple of my favorite songs to bust *kitten* to:
1) Turn me on - David Guetta

3) Blow me away- Breaking Benjamin
4) Barracuda- Heart
5) Everytime we touch- Cascada
6) We run the night- Havana Brown-&Pitbull
7) Fighter- Christina agulara (old school lol)
8) All I do is win- DJ Khaled Feat Ludacris

My workout starts out with one of two songs, either "Down with the Sickness" by Disturbed or "Crazy Train" by Ozzy Osbourne. I don't know how you can't want to kick some *kitten* in the gym after starting with either of those.0

Anything heavy when I work out...Bullet for my Valentine, Linkin Park, Story of the year, Limp Bizkit, System of a down, Avenged sevenfold, Disturbed...also some Dubstep remixes0

For walks/bike riding: Unwritten Law, lots of Blink182, Angels and Airwaves (for positivity), AWOLNATION, Black Eyed Peas. I can also get down with Rage Against the Machine, NIN, etc. Just depends on my mood or speed/intensity. But music is absolutely a motivator.0

dance music - Gaga, Katy Perry
it's trite and trendy, but also keeps me up on what my kids are listening to0 -
I hate to say lady gaga - she has a good beat for walking on the treadmill.0

Lately I seem to be listening to KMFDM, Nitzer Ebb, Ministry, Front 242 and Nine Inch Nails thrown in there. The only problem is that when I'm jogging, I tend to run harder and my legs are jello after I'm done.0

This may seem weird to some people but it works for me. I listen to Amy Winehouse when I go to the track. It's about the right tempo for me and it reminds me how short life is and how important it is to take care of yourself. I never listened to her before I started running.0
