Hummus and carrots (or little cherub tomatoes)
Stonyfield YoKids Squeezers
Baked Lay's
Popcorn0 -
I love Half a cup of low fat cottage cheese with a diced tomato. Sometimes I add Basil to it for more flavor!0
-
An apple sliced with 2 tbsp of peanut butter..... the complex carbs in the banana mixed with the protein of the peanut butter work together to burn calories. plus apples promote stable glucose levels while keeping you full, so you wont want to snack on carbs.
i also love peanut butter with banana....yummmmmm, lol0 -
2 Clemetines
Apple
Baby Carrots
Reduced Fat Cheezits - one serving = 29 crackers
Rice Cakes
Yogurt (Light and Fit or Fage)
One cup any kind of Dry Cereal0 -
baby carrots and fat free ranch
dried cranberryies (these are my fav)
apples0 -
Hmmmm...
String cheese
Reduced fat triscuits
Apple
Lowfat yogurt w/ some kind of fruit
2 oz tuna
1/4 avocado cut up
1/2 tomato
Mix those 3 things together, squeeze a little lemon juice on it, and eat it with some whole grain crackers or in a whole wheat tortilla or pita bread0 -
cinnamon almonds! The taste is too good, unfortunately, that it is hard to just eat a few, though, so you may not want to get started on them. Then they are no longer a low-fat, low-calorie snack.0

hmmm...
* yoplait fat free yogurts (all around 100 calories)

* 1 slice of cheese, w/ some cold-cut turkey wrapped around it (add lettuce too)
* 1 piece of string cheese w/ a couple of ritz crackers (YuM!)
* 1 slice of bread (wheat) w/ peanut butter

HUMMUS IS GREAT!!! AMEN TO THAT!!!!!!0 -
Hummus and two corn tortilla (170)
Non fat greek yogurt with honey (120)0 -
98% Fat Free Orville Redenbockers (sp) popcorn. I get the 100 calorie packs and they satisfy the urge to eat when I start a movie. You can also get ranch or chedder cheese popcorn seasoning if you like that sort of thing.0
-
roasted red pepper hummas and celery! I had it for the first time today and it was great!0
-
i have 6 celery sticks with 2 wedges of laughing cow light cheese, it takes me about a 1/2 hour to snack and it's only about 90 calories....it's perfect at my desk at work.0
-
air popped pop corn
laughing cow cheese wedge with reduced fat wheat thins0 -
Jaffa cakes (46 cals), fruit salad0
-
Super pretzel soft pretzel with yellow mustard! YUM!
I'd vote for hummus too. Lots of great flavors at your local healthy grocer like Whole Foods.0 -
Gotta watch the salt though. A lot of low fat stuff is either loaded with salt or needs it bad.0
-
100 calorie packs are great...I keep a variety around
sliced apples & bananas
delmonte fruit chiller tubes ( find them in the canned fruit section only 55 cals.)
Herr's light air-popped popcorn - 120 cals in 3 cups!!0 -
Jell-o double chocolate pudding sugar free (60 calories)
AMAZING!!!!!0 -
reduced fat Triscuits, popcorn, low fat cottage cheese, oatmeal, 25 calorie pack swiss miss hot cocoa, small can of creamed corn, fruit, 2 corn tortillas with 2 tbs of pace salsa, slices of deli meat... i don't necessarily eat "snack" foods for snacks, I just try to pick healthy options that are easy to eat with little prep time involved.0
-
...except for the sodium... in a pinch, which is where I was yesterday, dill pickles.
. They saved me from totally ruining my low calorie intake plan at that moment!0 -
Only 130 CALORIES!!!
1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 1/2 cup pumpkin (canned), 1 packet splenda, dash cinnamon! Mix together and you get a full cup of filling delicious pumpkin pie flavor. It feels healthy but in a GREAT way so you can eat it after a work out. You get calcium, protein, fiber - all the good stuff you want with very little of what you don't!
Small green apples - they last at room temp - they're only about 50 calories! Don't cut them up, eat them whole because it takes more effort and a little longer. I eat an apple on my way to lunch or dinner and it puts nice bulk in my stomach and the slow release of sugar as it's digested doesn't give you any kind of sugar buzz.
1 piece of quality chocolate ( Ghirardelli ) extra dark, 1 TB of peanut butter. This one you have to savor - eat it slowwwwwly and the fat from the peanut butter will take care of your grumble belly -the chocolate will just make you happy! NOT LOW CAL but it's a great snack and worth it!
Hard boiled eggs - they last a long time in the refrigerator and they're just 70 calories! The protein is awesome and the yolk gives you enough fat to keep you happy for awhile! They help you last between meals and give you energy.0 -
Almonds are good. I found some at Trader Joe's that are coated in sesame seeds...YUMMY!!
And my new love? Almond butter...by itself, on a banana, or on bread...so good!
I also like slices of skim mozarella
And though some don't like them, I love rice cakes. Especially the apple cinnamon ones! And only 50 calories.0 -
28g of Tortilla Chips & 1-2 servings of salsa.
Carmen's Tortilla chips are the lowest calorie tortilla chips I've found so far, at 120 cal / 28g.
If I just want a quick fix, some croutons do the trick.
A hard boiled egg is also nice ...
Oh ... and the Orville Redenbacher 94% fat free kettle corn is good too, and only 15 calories for a whole cup.0 -
half naked popcorn
hummus w/ crackers
cottage cheese- love low fat w/ chives and onions
jell-o pudding cups w. 2 tablespoons cool whip free
trail mix(nuts and chocolate is my fav)

TLC fruit and grain bars

green grapes0 -
100 calorie pack of dark chocolate raisins, kit kat, aero, etc.
100 calorie pack of white cheddar popcorn or chips
Any sort of fruit (especially grapes or an apple)
Handful of trail mix
Raw veggies with low fat dip
Drinkable yogurt (I like Yop best)
Fibre snack bar (my fav is Quaker Fibre Plus Dark Chocolate Almond or Chocolate Peanut Butter)0 -
roasted red pepper hummas and celery! I had it for the first time today and it was great!
Roasted red pepper hummus is awesome!!!! I LOVE it!!!!:)0 -
Pretzel sticks!!!!
Or any other pretzel.. :]
Low Fat popcorn - the 100 calorie kinds by PopSecret or Orville Red...(I don't know the rest of the name! ahah)
Veggies and Hummus (altho the hummus calories are usually half from fat if you get the kind made with olive oil, its good fat)
Apples. Pears. Bananas. Any fruit.. and of course any veggie.0 -
dont be scared to use real food for snacks, i will often have 1/2 cup chili for a snack or egg whites on a whole grain pita, even steel cut oatmeal with berries. sometimes if i eat cracker type snacks it doesnt fill me up and i keep eating so i would rather a filling item and then i am done. good luck.0
